The instructions in this book are easy to follow, and many of the recipes are easy to prepare.
Some specialty ingredients are required - be prepared to buy things like orange blossom water, rose water, and pomegranate molasses. Plenty of pistachios and ground almonds also feature.
A fantastic cookbook for cooks who want to add Middle Eastern dishes to their repertoire, with little prior experience. A firm family favourite in our household!
