This is a thorough informative recipe book for anyone who has never done low carbohydrate dieting. I have been doing 5:2 eating for about 15 years (my weight has changed little during this time, but I do go to a gym 4 times a week). For me it’s a mix of recipes that simply avoid bread, potatoes, rice and pasta, which I can do for myself, The big benefit of course is they are all carefully calorie counted making it very helpful to doing 5:2 properly.
