This book is fantastic: Several weeks ago, I was diagnosed with prediabetes and now I have to adapt to a low carb diet, which is what this book is all about.The recipes are beautifully illustrated and very easy to follow. You don't have to work out the calories for.each meal, as this is done for you and the calories are at the top of the page with each recipe. Delivery was very efficient, too.

This book has some good vegetarian recipes which I find very filling and therefore making it easier to stick to a diet. The information is clear.
